Prices as published on each company's own website, checked Sep 24, 2026. "From" prices are starting points — final cost usually depends on pool size, cover type, water condition at opening and what's included (chemicals, cover storage, equipment start-up).
How to read these numbers
- Openings and closings are the most commonly published prices. Ask whether chemicals, cover removal and storage, and equipment start-up are included, and what happens if the water is green.
- Weekly service is quoted per visit or as a season package. Compare what's in each visit and whether chemicals are extra.
- Season packages bundle opening, weekly service and closing. They can be simpler to budget for, but check the number of visits and the cancellation terms.
- Liners, heaters, leak detection and renovations are almost always quoted on site. Get at least two written quotes from licensed companies.
